Rothwell signs for next season

As we approach our final league game of the season, we’re delighted to announce that Joe Rothwell has signed a contract to stay at Seel Park for the next campaign.

Right-back Joe signed from Prestwich Heys at the beginning of March and has established himself in the starting eleven, playing 8 games for the Lilywhites since his arrival.

On signing for next season Joe told us, “I’m really happy to sign my first contract, and commit to Mossley for at least another year.

“Everyone at the club has made my family and I feel so welcome since joining; especially at Seel Park where we’ve felt at home since day one.

“I’ve really enjoyed my time so far, getting to know the team and adapting to the league. I’m looking forward to playing more games infront of the fans and I’m excited to see what we can achieve next season!”
