New director appointed!

We’re delighted to let you know that Nicky Iqbal has been appointed to the Board of Directors!

Nicky has been an integral part of the Football Club for many years and is well known to home and away fans alike. She already holds a variety of responsibilities at the Club, including working with the grounds crew as well as selling programmes, half-time draw tickets and golden goals on match days.

However, it’s the work she does away from the football pitch that has added significant value to the Club. Nicky organises, co-ordinates and executes a huge amount of events throughout the year, including our fireworks display and the Top Mossley Whit Friday band contest, both of which have gone from strength to strength in recent years.

Nicky’s dedication and passion, not just for the football club, but the wider community and the Town of Mossley is clear for all to see and her appointment to the Board of Directors is a reflection of her unwavering commitment to drive the Club and the Town forward.
