Mossley AFC and Bury AFC Groundshare Agreement

We’re pleased to announce a temporary agreement to host the home matches of Bury AFC at Total Rope Solutions Seel Park.

Bad weather has caused a significant number of the Shakers’ fixtures to be postponed and following a week of planning and collaboration between the boards and volunteers of both clubs, an agreement has been reached to host five North West Counties Premier Division matches.

We know all too well what it’s like to be unable to play at home, with Ashton United stepping in to help us when our floodlights collapsed in 2010.

On the agreement, Chairman Steve Porter said ‘A lot of hard work has gone into this from both clubs and we’re delighted we’ve been able to help. We’re very proud of our home and will be doing our best to make everyone connected with Bury AFC and their opponents feel welcome and have an enjoyable experience.’

Bury AFC’s final home league game of the season on Saturday 22nd April 2023 is due to be staged back at Radcliffe FC.

Lilywhites AFC Season Ticket Holders can gain half price entry to Bury AFC’s matches at Seel Park when producing their season ticket and paying cash at the turnstiles.
