Backroom team confirmed

We’re thrilled to announce the appointment of our new backroom staff as our preparations for next season continue.

In addition to Lee Ashworth as Assistant Manager, Manager David Fish has brought in Jimmy Longdin as Goalkeeping coach and Alex Craddock as First Team Coach whilst Eve Elliott stays at the club as Sports Massage Therapist.

Jimmy joins us having spent the 2017-18 season at Chadderton FC before moving to Chester FC for the 2018-19 campaign.

Alex joins us from North-West Counties side Shelley FC who finished last season firmly in the promotion places.

Eve Elliott will be our Sports Therapist Lead as Nicole Chapman will move on after accepting a role at Stockport Town. We’d like to place on record our sincere thanks to Nicole for all her hard work last season with the First Team Squad and wish her nothing but the best for what we know will be a great future following her graduation.

On the appointments, Manager David Fish said, “I’m delighted to have my coaching team in place. It’s important that these are individuals who are great coaches, but also share my values and buy in to what we are looking to achieve at the club. I’m also pleased Eve has agreed to stay with the club and I’m looking forward to working with this team over the coming season.”
