Marsden signs for 2022-23
With the stage set for today’s final game of the 2021-22 season, we’re delighted to announce that Bailey Marsden has signed a contract to stay at Seel Park for the 2022-23 campaign.
Midfielder Bailey signed for the Lilywhites last summer, having previously been at the Crewe Alexandra academy, and has quickly established himself as a key part of the squad this year, making 30 appearances and scoring one goal in the process; a fine finish to seal a 4-0 victory at Runcorn Linnets earlier in the season.
On signing the midfielder for next season, Manager David Fish told us, “I’m delighted to have secured Bailey for another year. We’ve already seen what a good player he is, but given his age he’s only going to get better.
“He’s two footed, a great tackler and an excellent passer; everything you want from a central midfielder. He’s also ambitious and is a player who listens and wants to get better.
“Next season will be a big one for Bailey, and I’m glad it will be in a Mossley shirt.”
