Eden Bailey is back at Seel Park!

We’re delighted to announce the return of striker Eden Bailey!

Eden joined the Lilywhites in March last season from Altrincham FC. He quickly became a fan’s favourite through his industrious performances, coupled with his eye for goal. He finished the season with 4 goal in 8 appearances, including stunning goals against Newcastle Town and Glossop North End.

Eded, 19, started is footballing career as a scholar at Port Vale; after being named in several first team matchday squads, he was named their Youth Team Player of the Year. He would go on to make and EFL Cup appearance against Newport County.

After the leaving the Valiants, Eden had trials with Derby County, Nottingham Forest and Wrexham before Signing for Altrincham FC. He went on loan to Hanley Town last season, scoring against the Lilywhites in January, before making the move to Seel Park.

Upon confirming the permanent move of Eden, manager David Fish told us, “Eden had a huge impact when he joined us last season and was always near the top of our wishlist if he was to leave Altrincham.

“He enjoyed his time here and we had a great conversation about what we want to do here. Eden was really keen to be a part it; he’ll bring energy, quality and goals and we already know he’s a great character to have around. I’m looking forward to seeing him back in the white and black of Mossley.”
