Goals from Bailey Marsden and Matt Kardacz saw the Lilywhites overturn a 2-0 deficit at half-time before everyone thought Luke Barlow had scored the winning goal only for Stephen Walker to score his hattrick from the spot in the dying seconds of extra-time.

Penalties from Fawns, Webb-Foster, Yahaya and Marsden coupled with two magnificent saves from Fin Madigan saw the Lilywhites victorious in the shoot-out and progress to the next round where a tie with National League North side Chorley FC awaits.

The shoot-out victory was our second ever shoot-out victory away from home, in any competition, in our history.
