Brown Signs for Lilywhites!

We’re delighted to announce the signing of Forward Antony Brown from Silsden AFC.

Antony, 27, started his footballing career as a youngster at Huddersfield Town before going on to play for Brighouse Town, Eccleshill United and Silsden AFC.

On confirming Antony’s signing manager David Fish said, “Antony was a handful when we played Silsden in pre-season. He’s big, quick and aggressive, and offers something different to the number nines currently in the squad. He’s a good age and ready to make the step up to Northern Premier League football, as evidenced by there being a number of clubs in for him. I’m delighted he’s bought into what we are doing and chosen to join the club.”

Antony joins up with the first-team and is available for selection for tomorrow’s FA Trophy match away at Marine.
